PTI lawyers failed to submit document to expel Akbar S. Babar from party.

If you do not submit the documents, we will assume that Akbar.S is the Founding Member. Statement by the presiding judge.

ISLAMABAD: PTI lawyers have not submitted documents to expel Akbar S. Babar from the party. The case relating to PTI's election symbol, the bat, is pending in the Supreme Court and is being heard by a three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa, Justices Muhammad Ali Mazar and Musarrat. Judge Hilary is also a member of the bench. During today's hearing, PTI lawyers Ali Zafar and Hamid Khan appeared in court to present their arguments, and Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa said: "The order of the Peshawar High Court has delivered. Have you read the judgment??,” he said. To which lawyer Ali Zafar replied: "Yes, I read it and I know that today is the last day", to which the chief justice replied: "Yes, I understand, but you have to tell us too. you should know we have to give the order.”

Opening his arguments, lawyer Ali Zafar said that under the electoral law, the Election Commission does not have the power to monitor intra-party elections or annul them by declaring electoral symbols invalid. If there is suspicion of fraud and a political party participates in an election using a symbol in accordance with the Constitution, failure to assign an electoral symbol to a political party violates Article 17 clause of the Constitution.

At one point during the hearing, the Chief Justice said it was not enough to make complaints against the Electoral Commission on social media or in the media. If the PTI blames the establishment and the Election Commission, who was in their government? Didn’t the PTI itself nominate the chairman of the Election Commission? Although the PTI does not mention any organization affiliated with the government, everything was fine then, but now the PTI says that all Organizations have turned against them? So far the role of the establishment has been very clear and strict, but if the PTI just wants to point fingers and do political theater, the establishment will be weakened.

The Supreme Court yesterday asked the PTI to issue a notice to expel Akbar S. Babar from the party, but the PTI lawyers were unable to submit any document to expel Akbar S. Babar from the party and “If you not submit doucuments about the expell of Akbar, S Babar,” he will be assumed founding members.
