Plans to challenge the Election Commission's decision in the High Court

"We also have a plan B. PTI will not boycott any elections," said Pakistan's Tehreek-e-Insaf Gohar Khan.

ISLAMABAD: Mr. Gohar Khan of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf intends to challenge the decision of the Election Commission in the High Court and we There is also a Plan B and the PTI said it would not boycott any elections. He expressed his reservations about the Election Commission's decision and said that just as the Election Commission had carefully investigated our case, none of the remaining 175 political parties could be considered as such. However, we told the Election Commission that we had reservations.

We held elections in accordance with the Constitution, and we asked the Election Commission to tell us which articles of the Constitution we violated. According to the constitution and law, the election commission's decisions are political decisions based on personality. The committee had already decided to remove the bat symbol. It's a conspiracy. We make them independent. Currently, there are 70 seats reserved in the National Assembly and 227 seats nationwide, and these seats are allocated only to political parties. These 227 members, who represent the party, play a major role in elections for the president, prime minister, chancellor, and senate.

Removing the bat symbol means confusing voters and candidates. Similarly, the Election Commission has not seen any political party benefiting from foreign funds, except for the PTI. We will challenge the Election Commission's decision in the High Court. You can bring a lawsuit against the Election Commission in any High Court. There is also a plan B. We will not boycott any elections.
