Bilawal said the Pakistan People's Party would form the government, with a prime minister and four provincial ministers.

We will not embark on a policy of hatred, division and revenge. We will unite everyone and solve the problems, Imran Khan promised to build 500,000 houses but he did not deliver until the end, Bilawal Bhutto

Khairpur: President Bilawal Bhutto Zardari promised the people to establish a real 'Awami Raj' after the general elections and declared that the Pakistan People's Party would form the government. PPP Chairman Alaa Jayale has promised the nation that the party's candidates nominated to the National Assembly and provincial assemblies would not forget the people of their constituencies even after winning the elections. But for their well-being, I will assume my responsibility.

The PPP chairman, addressing a historic public meeting held in Khairpur regarding the general elections, said that the people of Khairpur had taken a decision before the elections to be held on February 8.

Even on February 8, no force will be able to stop the Jayals if they act in the same spirit. He paid tribute to the people of Khairpur who supported popular leaders Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and Shaheed Benazir Bhutto.

President Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said Pakistan was in trouble and its people were suffering. Terrorism is on the rise again, while unemployment, inflation and poverty are historic. He said the politics of hatred and revenge against former politicians was dividing the entire country. He said he would not engage in politics of hatred, division or revenge.

We will all work together to resolve issues. The other political parties have neither ideology nor manifesto. They don't even understand people's suffering. PPP Chairman said that I am the grandson of Quaid-e-Awam and the son of martyr Mrs. Benazir Bhutto. I don't fight politicians, I fight inflation, unemployment and poverty.

With my own hands I will fulfill my promise to the leaders of the people. He described his 10-point election platform as an economic pact with the people, calling on them to support me, form a government and keep my promises. In his speech, President Bilawal Bhutto Zardari spoke about his 10-point manifesto, doubling salaries, providing free and quality education and health facilities, and providing 300 units of free electricity per month to poor families, a economic support for workers, etc. Apart from the expansion of the Benegil income support programme, issuance of Kisan cards and Mazdoor cards, issuance of youth cards for young people, establishment of youth centers and launch of hunger eradication programs through the country are the main priorities of the government.

He said I had just come from Lahore and there was no hospital like Gumbat. The PPP chairman said Imran Khan had promised to build 500,000 houses but failed to deliver. I spent a year raising money around the world to build houses for flood victims.

He said he had complained to the caretaker government for canceling other development projects in Sindh under the cover of elections and also stopping construction of houses for flood victims. He warned that bureaucratic inaction on housing construction for flood victims would not be tolerated. President Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said the Muslim League (N) had said the country had no funds.

He reiterated the government's determination to close 17 ministries which are not allowed to remain at the Center after the 18th Amendment. He specified that Rs 3,000 billion disbursed to the above-mentioned ministries and Rs 15,000 billion received in the form of subsidies to the elites will be invested in the development and well-being of the population. I will take away your rights in Islamabad and give them to you.

We must save people from economic hardship. The PPP president called on the population for the party to fully win the February 8 elections. We will fight against all conspiracies, eliminate policies of selfishness and division, and pursue policies that serve the people. President Bilawal Bhutto Zardari appointed Messrs. Syed Qaim Ali Shah, Syed Khurshid Ahmad Shah, Nafeesa Shah, Nasir Hussain Shah, Faruq Shah, Owais Shah and Syed Fazal Shah and appointed PPP candidates for Assembly and State Assembly constituencies in Khairpur and Sukkur districts. Syed Javed Shah, Sajid Ali Bambang, Shiraz Rajpal, Syed Bachal Shah, Halal Wasan, Nauman Islam Sheikh, Naeem Kalal were brought before the people and after winning the elections, were made to take an oath that they would not ignore this policy. The people should not be nepotistic, but should remember their promise to the people and fulfill their duty to serve the people.
